The ingredients which they use for their Jalebis are desi Khandsari Sugar instead of regular sugar. And they fry them in Desi Ghee.
They don’t cook over burners they use coal – fire, and Every piece of jalebi weigh 100 grams each, it means you can fill your tummy with 2 or 3 pieces of these jalebis.

The Bhallas are so soft, spongey, and Daanedaar. It looks like same as all Bhallas but, but the real magic is in the Red Tamarind Chutney which changes the whole taste.
And of course, the combination of masalas they put in it is way more awesome.

Dolma is a Tibetan woman, she shifted to Delhi and opened her shop in 1994.
When she opened her shop, it was the First mover advantage for her because there was not any shop or few who were selling or making Dumpling that time.

The momos are made by their own hands, stuffed, and shaped. They don’t use any kind of machines which is i guess their USP is.
4. Chole Bathure

The owner officially opened up their shop in 1970’s.
Their chole are marvelously spicy and sour, with panner mixed puffy bathure. in addition, with sliced onions and pickled carrot. and it tastes so yummy!! which you can’t ignore

This is a favorite spot for college students. often, they come to enjoy a bite of the hot and delicious paranthas.
This spot is also famous for late night hangouts.
In an interview actor Sushant Rajput shared his memories of his love for Mool Chand paranthas, Shah Rukh Khan also used to go there too with his friends at night when he used to be a normal Delhi guy.
The parantha which they serve is full of crisp with good stuffing and a small Amul butter bar, including chutneys and sliced onions.
